+After a lot of testing (100s of shots), I have concluded that Kodak
+Double X does not like highly dilute developers like PMK Pyro and
+Pyrocat-HD (either that, or it doesn't like Pyro, I don't know).
+And... it *really* hates standing development with Pyrocat-HD.
+Doing so yields very grainy results with gritty looking midtones.

+For Double X, I've found the following to work much better:

+* If you want to do semistand, use D-23 1+3 for 30min with one
+   midpoint agitation.

+* For conventional development, use HC-110B for 6min or
+  D-76 1+1 for 7.5 min.
