Minor formatting cleanup.

Fixed bug that was causing *all* "=" signs to be removed from the RHS of a .define statement. Now it properly only uses the leftmost as a delimiter between LHS and RHS and leaves the rest, if any, alone.

Documented -t, -x. variable definitions, search paths, and did general doc improvement.

Renamed tsearchpath() to SearchPath() and had it return first matching ...

filepath as a string, not a list.  Adjusted ReadFile() accordingly.
Added explicit check to make sure a FQ filename passed on the command line
was not actually the name of a directory.
