HEIGHT and WIDTH options now correctly set the initial interface size in *pixels*. Added STARTX and STARTY options to set initial window position (in pixels). -x and -y options removed from command line interface since these are now set in the conf file. Added CMDSHELL options with a default value of [VSHELL].
