All User-Settable options can now have a blank RHS; means option set to default value. MAXDIR, MAXDIRBUF, MAXHIST, MAXHISTBUF have been retired in favor of MAXMENU and MAXMENUBUF which are common parameters for all dynamic menus. Added Wildcard History menu to track all wildcard-based selections. Menu has both accelerator key and mouse/key combo to popup that menu. Added WILDCARD= feature to Configuration File.
