Dropped "break" from the return at the end of the accelerator handler logic. This was inhibiting other Alt- keys from being used as locally defined. Removed -b, -f, -n, -w, and -s command line flags since color/font parameters can now be set via configuration file options. Added options MAXDIRBUF and MAXHISTBUF to bound the data storage used by UI.AllDirs and UI.CmdHist respectively.
