Added check to insure that numeric options are >= 0. Implemented CMDSHELL option and the ability to escape it. Default is off. Changed the "Invert Selection" and "Select All" features for the Drive List View so that they *do* pick the first item in the list. This entry is a legitimate drive - in the normal view this entry is ".." and we do not want it selected with these features.
