fix broken /etc/dockersand.hosts entries, improve docs

regenerated new host keys, configured ubuntu image

added ssh-dss algorithm to ssh config stanza

renamed throughout for consistency, built out full ansible process including network start/stop

added framework for ansible tooling

start documentation, add entries for /etc/hosts

initial commit with sanitized dockerfile build of debian image
