- Pull out all literals and substitutions from the tmkproject script
  itself into the tokens file and include that file early in the
  program processing.

- Update makefile to reflect latest documentation generation rules.

- Add doc rule to produce PDFs.

- Change sed delimiters from / to something else because
  this chracter gets used a lot.
