Cause by the way the Win32 api returns string names for user and group. Fixed by coercing them with an str(...) call. Fixed problem with each new directory causing 2 calls to BuildDirList - leftover debugging print statement was the problem. KeyToggleWin32All() now only works if USEWIN32ALL is True. However, a separate internal program flag (WIN32ALLON) is used to keep track of whether or not these features are currently requested by the user. This way setting USEWIN32ALL to false both inhibits these features and prevents the toggle feature from reenabling them. Previously, even if USEWIN32ALL was False, the user could toggle the features back on with the TOGWIN32 program feature. ProcessOptions() now ends with a call to RefreshDirList() to make sure any interface features are properly updated. Previously, the user either had to wait for the next scheduled autorefresh or initiate one manually. tundra committed on 19 Jan 2003
